Jason Wilder leads the day-to-day operations and accounting functions across the New Vision Family of Companies. Jason is an entrepreneurial leader with over 25 years of experience within the service, financial, non-profit, and real estate industries. He has held a broad variety of leadership positions, having previously served as COO or CFO for a number of companies at all stages of growth, from the small, start-up through turn-around situations and large, publicly-traded companies.

 

Prior to coming to New Vision, Jason led the build out of the operations and financial infrastructure for two sister companies; an integrated real estate services firm and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in DC. Both companies were recognized on the Inc. 5000 for their respective year-over-year revenue growth in five consecutive years.​

Jason was also involved in over $1.2 trillion of IPOs and transactions while at the Nasdaq Stock Market and American Stock Exchange.

 

Jason holds a B.S. in business administration from Elon University and MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
