Bob Chambers is a Partner at New Vision Properties. He leads all of the NVP construction projects in the field. Bob specializes in remodeling high-end homes and renovating commercial properties. His hands-on approach allows for quick problem solving and produces an end product with superior quality, both of which are crucial for successful construction projects.

Bob has been in the construction industry for more than 37 years. During this time, he has owned several companies as a sole proprietor or through partnerships. His wealth of knowledge of all trades, gained through first hand experience spans across the industry. Projects include kitchen additions, bathroom remodels, whole home renovations (from design/build to remodeling), doctors’ offices, restaurants, hotels, and tenant build-outs all around the Washington, D.C. metro area.

 

Bob oversees all things construction, including the management of all of our sub contractor relationships and is directly involved throughout the entire design/build process, which only enhances the 360-degree experience offered by New Vision Properties.
